I think this has to do with the air-conditioned being below instead of being on the ceiling. The Ford Explorer sucks but one thing that they do better is the AC is on the ceiling which gives more ventilation. I hate Ford and was always a fan of Honda but I wish Honda would put their AC's on the ceiling. Maybe a face-lift with fix this problem.
