You cannot just use your phone directly though, you have to write the NFC tag to a sticker using the right Android program. Unfortunately no, as the phone NFCs are not passive tags. But the phone NFCs can read/write to blank NFC tags. If you have a modded console, there are homebrew apps to emulate/overlay amiibos.
