Re gear that truck if you do the rear the front needs done to match if your 4x4. Go to 4.88 your truck will hold up better. I'd personally rethink about such a large tire unless you really go off road.

37s Pros-Better ride-Looks awesome Cons-Can't run a more aggressive offset and therefore I can't use bushwacker pocket flares (won't look right without the more offset wheels IMO)-Might run into some rubbing issues when articulating offroad-Heavy, will be harder on front end, brakes, etc-some loss of acceleration (7.3L gas, 3.73 gears)

I hand calculate each tank and it's usually right around 13.9 everytime. Twice I've seen 15.3 but that was all highway zero stop and go traffic.With both the 37's will fit a 2.5" but you will most likely encounter rubbing depending on wheel/tire combo. The 35's seem to be a better fit. I want to run 37 Toyo's because they have a higher load rating than the 35's. I would prefer the 2.5" but it looks like the 3.5" SST is the best option even though I am not excited about the shock ...

Going to a 35" doesn't accomplish much in terms of height. A 6" lift looks good with 37's, but not with 35's. Either way, 4" or 6" and 37's can't go wrong... also keep in mind, that a 6" lift starts to push you out of many home garages.You're going to rub the **** out of the radius arms, bumper and inner wheel well with the stock rims and 37s tho, just FYI. I agree with radius arms, sway bars... but will not rub wheel well or bumper with 12.5 wide 37's with factory wheels. 13.5 might be another story... First part of the suspension build on my 2021 F250. This truck drives great on these new shoes! What we noticed in the shop is the Radius Arms and the sway bar both are built different from my 2021. The arms have a relief where a 37 would hit and the sway bar is also curved to avoid tires. My shop said the trucks will fit 37s on stock tires without rubbing.The reality is, the 250 is approx. 1/2" lower up front, compared to a 17-19, and the 2020 F350, if it has not been lowered too (not sure that it has not). That half inch up front won't make a difference whatsoever.
