When I do change it all I do is pull the drain plug, clean it and reinstall it hand tight, open the chain adjuster cover, and pour in a full quart of Amsoil 10-40.About 4 months back I missunderstood the guy at the dealer and I put the wrong oil in the primary case. Shortly after that I started smelling burnt oil/electrical smell. I was worried but didn't know why until the stator finally burned up.
