theres 2 parts to this feat. One passive addition is that you no longer get a penalty from being at low ground. the second part is a toggle that lets you add more damage for an accuracy penalty. it's a very handy feat. if you have advantage it's free damage and whenever it's too big of a gamble you toggle it off.
