Kawasaki vulcan 1500 starting problems.

I have a 2000 kawasaki vulcan 1500 classic that has a problem starting. I turn on the ignition switch and the spedometer lights up as well as the turn signal lights. I press the starter button and it does not turn over at all. If I keep pressing the button several times it may start eventually. Once it turns over it starts easy enough.

Run a fine piece of copper wire through them to make sure they are clear. This is the most common cause of clutch slip when hot, ok when cold. First of all, the bikes engine is not overheating. The heat problem is the heat that is directed at the rider when in stop and go traffic and the fan comes on.
