Lucky for me the dealer cut me a deal and I got the 716G2 instead of the 716i. I probably would have enjoyed the 716i just as much, but this gave me a reason to try a short stroke piston rifle.I picked up my SFAR 16" about a 6 weeks ago. First range trip I had some new LAX .308, some surplus South African 7.62, some surplus Brazilian 7.62, some brand new Winchester M118LRW, and some wolf military classic .308 Soft Point 168gr.
