I've noticed that some sororities ALWAYS happen to be either THE top house or in the top tier depending on the region. im on the west coast and Alpha Phi is consistently the top house/top tier at so many different schools. Same with KKG and not uncommonly, DG. On the other hand, when you go to the south where greek life is a much bigger deal ...

Upper Middle/Lower Top: DG/APhi- rush the same type of girls.The reputations really depend on who you ask. Each fraternity will have it's share of solid, respectable guys, just some will have more than others. It kinda depends what you're looking for in a fraternity based on which is more suitable. KD is not top tier but they are the closest to top tier. AOPI, DDD, Zeta, and Sigma Kappa are all in the middle. Then it is Pi Phi, Gamma Phi, DZ and AGD.
