I think that there were sentients that were supposed to spawn that aren't showing up, breaking the trigger. I've been meaning to Farm Sentients for their mods for a while but can't find a good place to fight a bunch of them, especially after the Endless Sentient Farm during Octavia's Anthem got patched. (unless there's a workaround I haven't head about). So, any suggestions on where to go to get some Sentient kills?
