I have a 2015 CVO Limited, engine light came on as well as the high temp. Received the following codes: P1019 ETC Diff High Temp. P1691 Cooling Fan Left Low/Open. P1693 Cooling Fan Right Low/Open. I checked the 10A fuze and swapped the relays the bike started, so its neither of those.
