Probably aether, given that everyone I did late night stuff with pre datacenter split is on Aether servers. Famifrit works well. However that is more midwest than western. There is definitely no shortage of groups on Aether. I dont think there is a dedicated server where most west coast players gather.

any server in primal will have endgame content since party finder is data center wide, and from what ive seen, most data servers in primal are friendly. there are a few ive had bad experiences with, but those are individuals on a certain server, but i wouldn’t say they’re the norm for said server.
