For regular Super Saiyan and Future Super Saiyan, those are the stats that are boosted the most, so this just helps to accentuate that for basic attack and/or strike builds.

People here take great pride in ignoring common sense. It's a great soul, I believe it activates 30 seconds into the match. I use a hybrid build for without limitations to mimic my playstyle for limitations, and the constant 20% boost was significant enough for to relocate some ki super points in other places.
