Every paid user (Chat GPT Plus) will get access to vision and voice within 2 weeks from the announcement from about a week ago, I don’t know if Dall E 3 was supposed to be included in that as well but as we know lots of users are getting that inside of GPT also. We, including myself have to be patient. It will come.
