Hi guys just wanted to see if anyone had any feedback to give. I’ve been monitoring CLMRN for many years with numerous scanners. Uniden BCD996P2, Uniden SDS200, and a Unication G5 Pager. With the exception of the G5, I’ve tested these units out in vehicle with a PCTEL 7/800 NMO antenna on my roof.

Should/can this system be entered as p25 or p25 single frequency on the X36hp scanners??May 11, 2022. #6. Depending on when you last monitored the system, there were changes made several years ago that make the scanner you are using much less effective on P25 Phase 2 systems such as CLMRN. I wouldn't spend a bunch of time making custom files until you are confident that you will be able to hear it properly.

DISCUSSION: CLMRN supports a number of interfaces to other or similar manufacturers equipment including the Inter Sub-System Interface (ISSI) and the Console Sub-System Interface (CSSI). There are important limitations, however, that must be considered when considering the potential use of ISSI or CSSI. ISSI Limitations include: It's a cell phone booster antenna, but because it's made for 700-900mhz, it's PERFECT for CLMRN because its 760mhz and 859mhz area. While doing Trunk search on CLMRN I noticed TGID 8755 (853.75) very active. I found out that it is associated with QV Tones (33.80mhz) The Tones are OK but the voice after the tones is a bit hard to understand.

What the neighbor site data indicates is what additional site simulcasts are carried a particular site. Generally, they are adjacent sites. For example, if you scan just the Troop H site, you will not only hear "H" traffic over the "H" simulcast, but traffic from Troop's B, C, F, I, K and the downtown Hartford Simulcast.
