I just ran into the same issue as you, ingame i'm logged in as anadius when I should be logged in under the EA account i'm using and I can't access gallery. It was working fine like 3 weeks ago so i'm guessing it has to do with some update or something. Edit. I solved my issue. Repair the game through the EA app and it gets fixed.
