This is for bottom tree gunslinger. In PvE, Ophidia Spathe gives me two knife charges after I use a gambler's dodge or if I just wait for the cooldown. In PvP, gambler's dodge gives me two charges, but waiting does not. If I have no knives, my next cooldown will only give me 1 knife. Then, it will begin another cooldown for the second charge.

As we all know, with stasis, the reverant hunter gets 2 ice knives, where if 2 knives hit the enemy freezes. Because we will have 2 charges, it may mean we can get 4 knives. This might be quite strong when stasis comes around.
