He strength for a horse only determines the damage done when impacting at full speed.
so, according to conan exiles wiki, if you have the dlc white or black horses, bark is listed as giving +15% grit, which I can only imagine was ‘intended’ to feed back into regen, for as the previous poster mentioned, the bar is always a standard 600.
