The window relay is the second one down in the left side column of relays. (See attached diagram). Turn the ignition On and see if the clicking stops. There's a separate fuse for the power window relay control circuit; it's fuse #26 (7.5 Amps) in the cabin fuse box. It's identified on page 12-7 of the Owners Manual as Power window relay. Remove that fuse and then turn the key to ON and see if the clicking has stopped. If it stops, then there's something wrong in the window system.

Driver window only moving up 1 or 2 inches at a time: As stated elsewhere, modify the reset process by only lowering it just a bit, less than an inch, then raising it and holding the UP button for a few seconds. This did the reset for me and it now lowers and opens automatically all the way.
