Yes they may seem sus or like a scam but it isn’t from my end.In summer 23 my 18 year old daughter went on their Bohemian Europe tour. First night she was left without a bed as their ‘amazing’ booking team had overbooked the hostel leaving her bedless. The tour guide was hopeless, knowing little to nothing about the places they visited. The transfers from the hostels were fictional.Traveluro sent me a confirmation code and then I called the hotel. Long story short, the confirmation code that I had wasn’t one that Traveluro issues. I called traveluro and they picked up really quick, and said they’d give me the official confirmation in 24 hours. They did and I called the hotel, and they said everything was good to go.
