I've seen two things repeatedly said to fix the problem: 1) Wait ten days to go to Fort Dawnguard (which you've already done); OR. 2) Go to Castle Volkihar and she'll randomly re-appear near you. If you pick the wrong dialogue options, you’re screwed out of the option to cure her forever. But if you say the right things, the option will stay open. So yeah she can’t be cured during the quest line, but if you say the wrong things during it that’s no bueno. Serana and the succubi now rip out hearts occassionaly while attacking, with animation. if you need to re-obtain vampirism you have to make Serana your follower. when you talk to her there should be an option to ask her to give you the vampirism. I know they figured that people would use their older save files, but I really like Serana. I definitely agree with this. It's not just that the vast majority of the existing options range from bland to ugly, AND that they all suffer from a huge lack of personality, but so many of Serana's lines are practically crying out for the option.
In the marry me serana you ask her to marry you and it goes much like it does with everyone else. You can assign her to a house, adopt kids who will talk with her, etc. but if you marry her through the dialogue add on you can't do the other stuff you would usually be able to do with a spouse. You can only choose to do one or the other.
