You could simply switch stamina ring for RoB+2 and you would be fine. Or you could go full counter and use yorgh, torns , sun and TDR.

Stats is focused on getting that 50 STR, enough END to swing at least 4 times (currently at 20) and VIT to carry your equipment and avoid fat rolls. I guess VGR is somewhat important too tho.
