Right now there's little difference in running Legend or Master in terms of rewards. For the increased difficulty combined the new costs for focusing exotics, Master Lost Sectors should have their rewards revamped. This will also be a major boost for solo players thay don't run GMs, Trials and Master Dungeons.
Yea, there is something funky going on with Master lost sectors. The drop rate for exotics in masters is ~35% and it's ~25% in legendary sectors. Today, I am farming the same lost sector on Master (1350), where it says the exotic is common and not rare, but yet I find myself getting the exotics to drop way less. There's away to get exotic engrams from the easiest lost sector then decrypt them on the relevant day to get what you want (chest, head, arms etc).
