Collections are already linked across libraries if you use the exact same collection tag. The problem here is you can only add shows to a collection, you cannot add individual episodes. I would love Plex to add a "Content Tag" so that you could say tag a soundtrack to a movie or a special to a tv show. Things that are more one off or specific.
