I have seen a couple of cases where the BIOS update came out about 20 days after the CPU launched (5000 series for b450 from MSI, actually). If you getting a 5600x, get a B550 if you can, there better than the B450. if you have a B450 just update the bios. If you don't already have a B450 might as well pay a bit more for a B550. You get PCIE 4.0 with it as well. If you don’t yet have a motherboard, I would recommend going with a B550. Iam totally noob what that all settings are for.
