I split up Blodyslide RAR file with 7zip to the individual files then placed them where I found the same file extension to get the slider screen to even load.

Try Slider->Conform all. Even after batch build in bodyslide the outfit file will still use the old body. That's because the body reference doesn't change, just the output for use in game.
