Yuzu is way newer than CEMU, if you were around of the days when CEMU just began being able to run BoTW you would know that the performances were abysmal.

Cemu is only two years older than Yuzu, and its development has slowed down significantly in the last two years - mostly because nobody cares about the Wii U besides playing BotW. I'd argue Cemu is actually now behind Yuzu in terms of overall compatibility and stability, and definitely in feature set.

Play a bit. Last time I played Botw, cemu had been updated an all my shader cache data was erased due to not being compatible. It took 2 min to get the enough shader cache to make the game playable.
