Re: Help with Leupold base windage adjustment. I personally would center the windage on your scope by testing it in a V-Block set up. Once you can spin your scope in the v-block, and the vertical cross hair lines up on the same reference point, then bore sight the rifle at 100yrds using the windage screws. Good luck!
