I think you'll do fine with most of the big name brands for ammo. I personally like federal hst. I've never had issues with any of it but the MR920 will shoot just about anything reliably. When I bought mine I got a 1st gen 509t as part of the deal. There are probably better fits for optics but I'm not mad at my setup.
