Well in a sense, a build for the Golden Hands is useful. But an Izanagi build might to take on Bosses is really get and having the right skills to take them on are great especially endgame bosses. Here's the thing, though--hunting Golden Hands is only good for, well, hunting Golden Hands.

Unless you have a lot of high tier skill cards on hand to give him, he won't be very useful and if that's the case, then you could use those cards to make a lot of Personas badass while being able to register them. InO is not actually very good in P4G. Arguably he was useful in P4 for the bonus boss fight because of all of his resists, but other than that... meh. Cover the Light/Dark holes in his defenses, then do whatever. Izanagi is made to be a pretty bad persona so that you fuse him, anything that is related to him story wise doesnt require him on your persona list, so fuse him away. No Persona, other than the later game ones, are worth keeping really. You need to be fusing constantly, once a Persona learns all of its skills (and even before then really) it's time to move on and fuse it off. Taking into consideration the base game izanagi, the dlc izanagi in p5, and how other party members personas level and stuff in p4, I think it would look something like this: Vile Assault, ziodyne, mazyodyne, Megido, matarukaja, marakukaja, marakunda, dodge wind. Some moves it also might get: elec amp, masukukaja, matarunda, masukunda, mudoon ...
