No all the roombas only have the one brush. There is no way to add another edge brush as the robot is not designed for it. Remember it is not a just a brush being turned by a electric motor the whole time. The robot controls the speed / starts it / stops it etc. So the on board computers would have to know about it and be programmed to use it.
