The Monarch's are slightly the best, in my experience. However, to me the Analogue Productions vinyl reissue is "the one" to have. Cut by Kevin Gray and Steve Hoffman, it overcomes many of the shortcomings of the vintage pressings. The sound is a lot more dynamic, and the aggressive tubey compression is not present.Unfortunately most (if not all) are out of print and difficult to get hold of.
