I've tried unselecting and reselecting which spells to autocast but it didn't work.
Try using devmode to kill and resurrect Diaz. That sometimes helps. It's definitely a mod issue, but those are a real pain to debug (and not necessarily feasible to fix). I've had similar issues myself, and kill/resurrect often clears up some weird glitchy baggage the pawn has and gets them working again.
