The highest probability blacksmith that I know of is Beri, a Nord with a 25% spawn chance at Freya's Hovel. I built a little temporary hut nearby and kept checking back every 15 minutes, killing the blacksmith if they weren't T4. It took me about an hour to get Beri that way. DewTour2011 • 2 yr. ago.
