I have created a User ID but it will not acknowledge that I have an account it stated I am NOT AUTHORIZED furthermore it goes to a page that says I see you are trying to login to your Att account!!!!!! If I sign in ATT and select watch TV it goes to that same silly page!
The receiver in my bedroom is saying that the Location is Not Authorized all of a sudden. Go to dvr. Under settings, whole home, click the add a client button. It'll give you a 4 digit code. The media client should flip to the authorization screen. Enter the code.
