Scroll down to the Directv ones and clear cache/data on the one that says Directv Stream. I've read that works. There is also a way to do a hard reset that starts the box from scratch I think u either do the red button reset 10 times in a row or it was like 10 seconds something like that. U might google it or search this board.
The box attached to my Samsung TV is now working perfectly. Haven't yet done the same to the box attached to my LG TV. It's still in the endless loop of trying to start up, fail, power itself off, repeat.
