If it's cleaned up and you're sure it's only a slow leak from the manifold, I'd keep an eye on it and the fluid level and run it. Even if you had to change the fluid, say 100 hrs earlier. I'd consider changing the spring clamps on the hose to worm clamps too. At least those, many times, you can tighten up a bit and stop a seeping leak.
