Tbh I did not like the 300 pg document at all. A lot of psych terms are just fancy words for stuff that is common sense. I felt the 300 pg document was bloated with too much fluff and images that didn’t help. I liked the 86 pg doc because it just got straight to the point. Doing uearth was much more useful than reading an extra 214 pages
A lot of advice points to foregoing the Kaplan P/S book so I've come across the KA 86 page document. For B/B I went through both Kaplan books and made my own Anki cards and would like to do the same here, but the document doesn't seem as comprehensive as I'd like. Summary. Non-science, traditional student at Big 10 university who only had introductory microbio, physics, and psych before taking the MCAT. Khan Academy is a great resource for Psych especially with an unbeatable price of $0. Edit: for Psych there is also a 300 page document on r/MCAT. Yes, old editions of books generally still work well, and a good way to save money.
