From December 14th through Christmas Eve, all dogs 30 pounds or more and adult cats are $30 at our KC Campus for Animal Care, Zona Rosa Adoption Center, and Petco Adoption Center on 95th. At-Risk Dogs – November 2, 2023. November 2, 2023. These are all of the dogs that are currently on our at-risk list that are priorities to move out of the shelter. All adoption fees of these dogs are fee-waived in an effort to get them into homes.
