Hi - I've got a 2021 Crosstrek with CVT. On the whole, I have no problems with Auto Start Stop. It doesn't come on quick enough for my taste, but no big deal. The only customization settings (MY 2013-2014) are in the attached tables. You need the proprietary Subaru select monitor tool to change the settings.
