As soon as it was set up and working, the signal from my router started having issues (slower WiFi on devices and Apple Airplay for videos stopped working). Didn't really NEED it, but it helped in interior areas a lot and more bars = less battery drain. Anyway I had mine unplugged for a few weeks moving things around then when I hooked it up again it wouldn't work. T-Mo support said it was because my number changed, and they couldn't activate the CellSpot with my new number and had to send me a NEW ... Turns out, the SB6190 has a bug in the firmware (Version: 9.1.93N specifically) that causes it to start dropping packets, especially PPTP VPN packets. The ports the Cellspot uses (123, 500 and 4500) are common PPTP VPN ports. Seems the SB6190 is the cause of the issues with the Cellspot going offline. As of now, there is no "fix" for the issue ...
