I haven't watched the video but, the program works the same way for all systems. You just need to decrypt/encrypt your saves first. You can check my Tutorial thread for a way to do that. Open the saved game of the character you want to be level 72. Click on the “character” tab. There’s an entry for the character level: Change it to what you want it to be.
