I saw that Samsung directly recommended somewhere to use a piece of eight and a half by 11 crisp computer paper and gently lever it underneath the edge and I was like there's no way that's going to work but sure enough you can carefully slide the corner of the paper underneath the corner edge of the protector and lift it up enough to gently begin to peel it off carefully worked well for me

Mine did this, then when opening and closing it'd re-stick to different parts of the fold and start bending the screen. I took mine off and retired the S-pen untill I can get hold of a third party protector I like.
