It's not a loud sound like a rattling heat shield or anything, just a faint sound like a chain is dragging underneath the car, and it's only during acceleration. There are many threads on it. 1) Do a drain and fill of the AT fluid. 2) Replace the 3rd and 4th gear pressure switches. There are threads for that, they are reasonably cheap and easy to do it yourself.
