There are 2 connections on the fuel tank sender unit. I'm guessing the larger line goes to the fuel pump and the small line is the return line. Where does the return line originate from in the engine compartment. I know there are 2 hard line along frame but not sure where to hook up the return in engine area. I took the old metal tank out of my 89 and used a 20 gallon tank for a 94 or 95 YJ with the in tank pump. It needed a supply and return line so I used a corvette regulator mounted to the frame back by the tank therefore only running one line forward to the fuel rail.
