It has two large wires (one coming directly from the battery) and two small wires connected to it. The large wire connected directly to the battery should have 12V~ all the time. My Prairie 400 (liquid cooled) has absolutely no fins on the head or cylinder. If you have any at all, it is the 300cc. The 300cc is oil/air cooled so that "mini radiator" you spotted would be the oil cooler. It's mounted up really high and has screw on compression fittings instead of 3/4" coolant hose with regular car type hose clamps.Need a new belt??
