The class is ok, but not a fan of the grading scale he uses. 25% homework, 35% Midterm, and 40% Final. It's a bit absurd weighing the tests so heavily. He states attendance is mandatory and has attendance quizzes but it is not a part of your grade. Lectures are long but contain good information. Professor Gallup is knowledgeable in his field.

Kenny is by far my favorite professor at Portland State, let alone the best professor I've had since I started college. He is very kind, funny and cares about his students success. This class, focuses on a midterm, final and a 6-page paper (very easy to write) which make up 60% of your grade. TLDR: Kenny is 10/10, would recommend.
