After submitting a BB complaint against FedEx, a customer service complaint, and several trace team/QA agents the only thing I gained was a headache. FedEx. (Shipping to Canada) My Steam Deck shipped on Apr 27th with an initial delivery estimation (to southern Ontario) of May 2nd. Mine was supposed to get here yesterday but there was a blizzard so it got delayed till today. I checked a couple minutes ago and now it says delivery pending. My brain keeps rattling between the stories of delivery drivers stealing them and “the roads aren’t the best.”. The thing is the facility it’s at is like a 15 minute drive.
