AA does have the better commuter policy hands down. I suggest you go to AA and try it out. If you still think you're missing out, go to UAL afterwards, but UAL has a fraction of the bus that AA has and bus type flying at AA goes to the 737 at UAL with the UAL bus usually doing 175 type flying at AA.
